YAPEAL AG will conduct a lucky draw and give away 101 3-months Spotify Premium Vouchers as a prize. The closing date for participation is 28.2.2021 24.00 hours.

Only natural persons resident of Switzerland aged 18 or older are eligible to participate. Each person is eligible to participate only once per wave (winners wave 1 will be excluded). If fraud or abuse is suspected, YAPEAL AG reserves the right to exclude individual Yapster (YAPEAL customers) from the prize draw, to stop the promotion or to reclaim the prize without further mention. Exclusion or stopping the promotion does not give rise to any payment or compensatory claim. Participation in the draw is free of charge (in the Loyalty Offering without ordering Card).

The winners will be drawn from all participants and will be notified personally.

YAPEAL may use your contact details in connection with the draw for marketing purposes. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the prize draw. A cash payment of the prize is not possible.
