Zurich, March 2, 2026 – YAPEAL is accelerating its technology scaling and market expansion following its successful strategic pivot to Embedded Finance. As part of this evolution, the company is realigning its leadership responsibilities within the existing team.
The Board of Directors has appointed Dr. Dominik Bollier as the new CEO. A member of the YAPEAL Board since August 2024, Dominik Bollier will assume the CEO role in addition to his current function as Chairman of the Board.
With over two decades of experience in finance, Dominik Bollier has a proven track record of institutional success. Most recently, he co-founded and successfully scaled a FINMA-regulated asset manager from the ground up to several billion in assets under management (AuM) and a team of close to one hundred employees.
I am very much looking forward to this role at the intersection of finance and technology. With its highly skilled team, unique technology platform, and FINMA license, YAPEAL is in a strong position to further scale its embedded finance business.
Dominik Bollier
Dr. Michael Eidel will focus on the strategic expansion of the business and value-adding partnerships as Chief Strategy & Partnership Officer. In this context, he is stepping down from his overall operational management role.

The Board of Directors thanks Michael Eidel for his central role in the development and successful implementation of the embedded finance strategy and for his leadership as CEO. The Board of Directors is delighted that he will remain with the company in this key role, contributing his expertise and network.
