YAPEAL uses Aequitec as our digital shareholder platform. Through Aequitec, you can view your shareholding, download confirmations, and manage your participation in General Assemblies.

Access: You can log in via your web browser or the Aequitec app.

Multiple Accounts (Private & Corporate): If you hold shares both as a private individual and through a company, you will have separate accounts for each.

Login & Suffixes: You should have received a personal invitation email from Aequitec. If you cannot find it, please use the "Forgot Password" function on the Aequitec login page with your registered email address. To distinguish between multiple accounts using the same email address, a suffix may have been added to your username/email for the login process.

Where to find your credentials: Please check your original invitation email from Aequitec. It specifies the exact username/email format you need to use for each respective account.

To correctly declare your YEPEAL shares in your tax return, you generally require two specific documents, both of which are available for download in your Aequitec profile:

Tax Confirmation (Steuerbestätigung): This document provides the preliminary taxable value per share or participation certificate for the relevant tax year.

Shareholder Confirmation: This confirms the exact number of shares you held at a specific reference date such as December 31st.

Note: The tax documents for the previous year are usually available on the platform shortly after the beginning of the new year.

All documentation and voting processes for the General Assembly are handled digitally via the Aequitec platform. You will receive an email notification as soon as a new event or vote is published.
