Constitutional Account with following business account opening at YAPEAL Account Opening, Screening (Background Check),Confirmation of Capital Deposit	CHF 250.- Per case
Constitutional Account without following business account opening at YAPEAL Capital Payout to any other bank than YAPEAL.	CHF 750.- Per case
Clarification & Special Cases Clarifying and gathering additional evidence when information about the origin of funds is unclear or missing, or when there are discrepancies in incoming payments (such as differences in sender details or payment amounts). / Addressing other issues, including name changes, capital confirmations with inconsistent amounts, and termination of account relationships. / Handling payouts that require manual instructions or corrections. / The fee is minimum CHF 100.-, and is based on time and resources needed.	Minimum CHF 100.-
Monthly account fee starting from the 4th month after opening Account active for more than 3 months without the incorporation being completed	CHF 25.- Fee per month
Refund in case of Cancellation Refund of deposited amounts, e.g., in case of cancellation of the incorporation or overpaid amounts.	CHF 25.- Per refund payment
